Everything you need to know before you ride.
No licence required! All riders receive a comprehensive safety briefing and life jacket before departure. We're AMSA-approved for unsupervised hire without a licence.
Swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes. We provide life jackets and waterproof phone pouches. A hat and sunglasses are also recommended.
Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before your booking. 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours. Weather-related cancellations receive a full refund or free reschedule.
Minimum age is 16 to ride solo. Passengers aged 5+ welcome. Maximum combined weight per ski is 180kg. All riders must be able to swim and wear a life jacket at all times.
We monitor conditions closely and follow our AMSA-approved Safety Management System. If we need to cancel due to unsafe weather (wind exceeding 25knots, large waves, or whitecaps), you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
